Hi I was wondering if Columbian treefrogs could live with Whites treefrogs? Or are the toxic to each other?

No. Not only do they each have their own "cooties" that could kill the other, whites get large and could eat the Columbian or vice versa if you are talking about Columbian Horned which are aggressive. Also there would be territorial issues, guarding or hogging water sources and food.
The Whites would need a 20 gal tank for one, not sure on the Columbian. I would guess 15 .
