Does anyone know what the laws are for owning an Alligator snapping turtle in the state of FL???

I believe you can have 1 thats purchased out of state.

check out the CITIES website they have all the laws and regulations. i know that the alligator snapping turtle is illegal to own without a permit. they are on the endagered species list and are protected by the government its better to check before you get one because if you purchase one and get caught they will take it away from you.
