Head bobbing can mean he is agitated. It can also mean he is having trouble breathing. Is there anything comin out of his nose?
Nope, none that I can see at all. His nose and eyes both look very healthy, when he has his food cleaned off of them
, he may of just been agitated becuase I was moving his food bowel around, that's when I first noticed it. He dosen't really do it anymore, i'll keep an eye on him though

Torts lack a diaphram, when they are startled, or scared they breathe harder. Because they dont have a diaphram their heads and sometimes legs bob when they breathe.
