Pinewoods snakes

buddygrout Jun 11, 2007 07:13 PM

I have two pinewoods snakes. I traded a former student of mine a hatchling yellow rat for them. One has eaten a small anole and both have eaten earthworms. I'll get photos soon.

Good stuff.

Interesting they ate earthworms.

I've worked with I think 8 pine woods snakes. Never had any luck with one taking earthworms.

Hi Mike I didn't actually see them eat the worms but that was the only other food item in the tank and they had obvious bulges.
