Don't worry, it's completely normal. If we had a screen door, my russian tortoise would do that too. There's a video of a russian doing that on youtube.com. It's called ninja tort by hakugan or something like that.
Yeah, the only problem is that she can't get back down on her own and eventualy falls. Shes ended up on her back twice now. Good thing shes only let out when someone is there to watch out for her.
If a Russian ends up on her back can she right herself again?
