NEED SOME HELP

i got an 06 female dumeril she will not eat frozen or pre killed so heres the problem i left a mouse in there beacuse thats the obly way she will eat and the mouse started biting her when i wasnt in the room she did kill and eat it and now is recovering from the bite which the bite isnt bad. long story short i wanted to know what i can do to get her to eat pre killed or frozen.also wanted to know if anyone ships fuzzy rats because at my local pet store they never have. any help would be much appreciated

You would be best off posting to the Dumerils people on that forum. But I can add that the only time I have dealt with Dums they were young, two of them and they only wanted to eat live. The way I got around the biting was to only offer live rat fuzzys at the biggest. Sometimes I could get them to take prekilled by putting in a prekilled larger rat and a live fuzzy and the live would inspire them to take both.
And if you are looking to ship live rodents....it is EXTREMELY expensive so I would look for a local source.

Well, it may help more if we knew whereabouts you are located, I'm in SW Michigan, and have rat pups if you're local........
