feeding frozen pinkie parts

hi,i just got a baby turtle and was wondering if it was okay to feed pinkie parts(frozen and thawed).

IMO I wouldn't. There are plenty of different kinds of food out there to feed them. You can feed them worms, super worms or since your is so small ,meal worms, krill, pellets, crickets. water plants (Anacharis), romaine lettuce. Think of what they would eat in the wild. Normally they wouldn't eat a mouse.
