We are planning on getting a white's tree frog, now we were planning on using Eco Earth compressed coconut husk. Has anyone had experience with this particular substrate? Was it ok or did it cause any problems? What substrates do you have experience with that were good (retained moisture with out molding easily; did not cause impaction)?

Thanks for any input! It will be appreciated!

My whites are so arboreal that the substrate doesn't matter. I have some compacted organic soil for my plants but that’s about it. What type of cage will you have? I suggest having branches a half inch thick horizontal near the lights, they like to hang out on them.
