I'm posting for a friend. Although I'm not very familiar with agamids this looks like some kind of agama to me. The dorsal spines are throwing me off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Definitely from the genus Agama. Impossible to say more from that pic.

Could be a female A. Agama. Looks to be from the A. agama lineage so probably from Western Africa. Possibly the Sengal Painted Agama
