Nematodes

Does anyone have any advice for treating nematodes? I have found some in my Round-Tail's scat. I have isolated him from the my other two Round-Tails. He seems alert and has a healthy appetite. The worm I found looks just like the one in this picture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/flattail/64068948/

Any help would be much appreciated.
