Is it safe to candle Alligator Lizard's eggs?
I start to see blood vessels forming today. I read that is a good indication of healthy eggs.

Yes. I don't candle eggs - my philosophy is either they hatch or they don't.
I believe the safest way is to use a mini maglite and bring it to the egg, rather than bring the egg to a light.

"Yes" as in it is safe to candle?
OR
"Yes" as in the eggs are healthy because they are showing blood vessels?
