I am not sure when my alligator lizard laid her clutch of eggs. I was cleaning the aquarium and discover it at the bottom in mid June and had a feeling since she was digging so much and burrow underneath.

So, when should I poke holes in the lid for the incubation Tupperware incase they don't suffocate when they hatch and I am not at home.

Just check on them daily and they should be OK.
When did you stop seeing your female out and about? That's probably when they were laid.

She disappeared about a month ago for 2 days and I saw her for a day. Then she disappeared again for 4-5 days. That was mid June.
