MY RED EYE TREE FROG GETS REALLY DARK AT NIGHT WHEN I GOT THE NIGHT LAMP ON. IS THAT NORMAL OR DOES THATMEAN THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ENVIRONMENT?

My one always gets dark almost black when hunting at night.

Why do you need a bulb at night? They should have a temp drop at night, and especially at this time of year you shouldn't need day heat either unless you're running really cold AC.

normal. all treefrogs change color, it sometimes seems random, but usually it has to do with temp, camoflauge, stress, food, water, humidity, time...
