My eastern painted turtle Junior, is around 5 years of age and is developing very pale pink spots where his arms are. He keeps scratching his eyes cuz they are infected. I already did all I could, Sulfa dip, eye drops, everything. PLease post a response for this all to end.

You need to take him to a vet who is experienced with
turtles.
