I'd suggest getting more mileage out of checking out the forecast and selecting a day that is generally fair-weathered. The Pine Barrens warms up very quickly, especially if you're flipping (and that's not any kind of college-kid term). Large tins, blankets, roofing shingles, etc get hot QUICKLY and all the critters go under. However, if ya want to go for a couple of morning hours it's on you, but just don't expect much on a weekend like the one coming up.
