Is this a Pastel Rosy???

I just received a rosy that looks identical to this one, however, my camera will not due the colors justice so I borrowed this pic.

My question is - what is the difference between a Pastel versus an Albino? Is a pastel an Albino but with muted dulled colors?

I purchased it as an albino but it looks different to me than other albinos I've seen.
