Please help me. My female anole developed a fairly large lump near the top of her tail last night. She can't seem to use her rear legs at all any more. She just drags herself around now. Is she going to die? Should I euthanize her? I seriously doubt there is a herp vet any where near here...plus my husband says it would cost too much. If it is a tumor or an abcess, she would probably die any way, right?

If it's showing distress, I'd at least take it to the vet to have it put down...my vet charges $15, and I felt it was worth it to stop any suffering.
