Hello, I have been looking into getting some rainbow rock lizards. My research tells me that these are a type of plated lizard and not commonly bred. I was wondering if anyone knows of someone who does breed them, since I am very wary of wc animals. Thank you.

I don't think many plated lizards of any kind are commonly bred. If you want to help that situation, get a pair and try to captive breed them. Then make a big deal about it (yes, really!) and maybe more people will start.
I honestly don't know of a single source for captive bred plateds of ANY KIND.

I was hoping for other news, but oh well. Thank you, and maybe I will in the future after I have some more experience under my belt (and once the gf allows wc animals in the house). Thank you for your help!

good luck the only known breed of plated lizard that is bred is the greater Sudan plated lizard ( big black) and thats due to the fact there a mellow lizards good for starters that are fairly cheep to breed and buy ( i have two years breeding my pair and its really easy ) the rainbow rock is hard to find ive been looking for 5 years the one i found was a baby for $150.00 ( first and only time ) and he was at a expo in Chicago
