ringneck feeding question

i currently have a pacific ringneck and was wondering is anyone has any advice on how to convert them to pinkys. any help would greatly be appreciated

I've worked with some pacifics...
For the most part they like salamanders.
So start there.
Get it eating f/t salamanders.
After a couple feedings, offer it a pinky that you rubbed all over a salamander...
Might work.
Might not.
Takes persistance.
