since cwd's can eat fish, would they actually dive for live fish if they were given the chance? and if they did, would they come up on land to eat it or would they jus eat it in the water?

it depends on the dragon, some will, some wouln't. fish should never be a staple food, just an addition to their diet. they aren't very nutritional, if you are feeding fish it is to give the dragon exersize, not a nutritional diet.
