Thanks for posting this. I recently purchased a sulcata that's approximately the size of your yearling. I was wondering about the age and this helps give me some idea. Yours looks nice and healthy
I was not sure about normal growth rate either. He seems to be doing well. Here is a pic I took today showing him sunning on his front porch. He has been outside full time since early July and is thriving. We'll soon have to bring him in at night due to lowering night time temps. His burrow is approx 50" now.
