I found this little guy while cleaning out my female southern copperheads cage, I had not bred her since april of 2006 and was not expecting any babies this year. there were 4 total,3 were DOA and 1 live one.

That's too bad it's dead...interesting pattern on that critter though...
Sounds like a clear case of sperm retention to me....
