After we changed our tank and added aquasafe we added our 4 fish and my ACF and it was doing fine but 30 mins later started gasping and stopped swimming. Finally after awhile he died why?

Did you check to make sure the aquasafe was safe for all aquatic animals? Some of that stuff says "not to be used on amphibians, etc." Other than that, I don't know. Sorry for the loss.
