Can anyone tell me anything about the fish and wildlife services in Australia? Do they have a large operation? Many employees? what is legal and illegal to have in Australia? and if an American from Arizona wanted to bring animals to Australia how would that go over? how would you have to do it?

Hi,
I live in Australia so can help you a little with your question. They are very strict on exotics out here It is illegal to import non native wildlife for private keeping. To the best of my knowlege the only imports they would allow into the country would be for A class zoological colections/research facilties.
