Chinese Water Dragons

Fascination Sep 23, 2007 11:08 PM

I am trying to put a group of cb chinese water dragons together, and finding it VERY hard to do! I find it amazing how such a "common" lizard appears to be mostly available as an import. Of course I would like to try and find animals 6 months to a year old to start with, but it seems like everyone I talk to has the same answer....imports. Does anyone out there know of a breeder, or of any available? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hey there, have you posted in the water dragons forum? You'll find TONS of info if you hit up the right demographic. Keep looking on kingsnake.com for upcoming reptile bredder expos in your area, you can usually get a link that will direct you to a list of vendors, from there you can kind of do a little research to find out if anybody will have cb chinese water dragons. I could swear I saw some at the Daytona show or one of the other FL herp shows, but I don't wanna tell you that and be wrong, lol.
And then on that note... make sure you have a plenty of room, but I probably don't need to tell you that because if you're serious about getting a group, you've already done your research. :D
