I dropped my sons Russian this morning. Are there any herp vets in the south Atlanta area? I am near Peachtree City. The little guy fell from waist high on to concrete. I inspected him closely and didn’t see any cracks in his shell but he retracted into it and I haven’t been home to see if he ever came out. It will be a few more hours before I can get home to check on him. Any advice????????

Well, I'm not the expert but I do have some advice. Make sure to keep him in a dry area so his shell doesn't get infected (just in case there were cracks) and get a vet QUICK! Make sure he is in a warm-ish area and keep him away from other animals if you have any. I hope your son's russian is all better!
