Breeders of western fence lizards

patd Sep 29, 2007 12:36 PM

Is there anybody breeding western fence lizards for sale or are all the ones in captivity wild caught? I have heard wild caught ones have a lot of mites on them.

Where are you located? I do not sell any of them as it is not legal. The ones I usually have are wild caught, If you are in an area where they inhabit they are easy to catch. Yes I find that WC fence lizards tend to have a lot of mites but mites are easy to get rid of, Anyway like I asked, Where do you live? Answer that and we can help better

You may do well finding an east coast breeder, Just be sure the young or there parents were not WC and you should do fine. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with selling/buying them back east.
