Vasoline in tank

AKCeltics19 Oct 16, 2007 11:34 PM

I want to feed my Gray tree frog cockroaches, but the problem is that the cockroaches climb glass. I could put vasoline or (i think) vegatable oil on the glass to keep them from climbing too high. However, will the vasoline or oil damage the frog's skin?

Any vaseline or oil will certainly harm your treefrogs maybe kill them. Roaches climb but so do treefrogs so why use anything.

If you have a screen cover, etc no need tro use anything . Let your treefrogs chase the roaches they will be better off for it
