Here are some pictures of my pair of piceus. My male is the one in hand, he's fairly handleable. The female, on the other hand, has a lot of spunk, she bit me about two seconds after I took that last picture. I'm hoping for some babies from them this next season. Pardon the quality of pictures, these snakes are healthy, fast, and hard to photograph. Enjoy!

I have had the 'great news' that a dealer friend of mine here in England has obtained some very young 'red' coachwhips via Glade Herps...AT LAST!!...not sure if they are actually Piceus yet ,but they are gonna be well looked after!!

Great animals! Some of the best color I've ever seen on a Red Racer. Do you know what area this bloodline comes from?

With luck the babies we have now will start feeding on pinks, one has taken so far.

Trouble is i have to split the clutch with Paul (coluber) LOL
