I believe you have to set the photos up first under the Photo Gallery option, at that point when you got to post an ad your photos will be down towards the bottom so you can select which photos you want to post.

As long as they are hosted anywhere on the web just use the *Image URL* box below your post to put the URL of the picture. (Use the same URL you posted and stick it in that box down below when creating your post and the image will be automatically put in the body of the post.)
