Try one of these two websites to find one near you. Im sorry I cant be of more help, but Im not sure what is near you city wise beyond knoxville.

Appalachian Animal Hospital in Morristown treats reptiles, not sure if that is too far or not.

Dr. Hilla at the Callahan Drive Animal Hospital is a great herp vet in knoxville. What is the problem with your gecko?
