30 gallon-what to go in

fantasyxbabygurl Nov 04, 2007 12:44 PM

Im going to get a 30 gallon tank. its the long ways not height if 30-35 gallon are made height way.... i was thinking of putting some geckos or frogs in it. It cant hold water, maybe a little on the bottom. Can anyone help me with what to put in it? I'd rather have something that wont outgrow this tank since ive just build bigger enclosures for my snakes and it wasnt fun.
Thanks for any ideas let me know

Well, since you're posting in the lizard forum, I can't suggest what immediately came to mind, about six different snake species. Anyways, If it is a 30 gallon long, I'm thinking that some leopard geckos might do well, or perhaps a blue tongue skink, but I can't be too sure on that one, I don't know if a blue tongue will outgrow a 30 gallon.

LEOS ARE AN EXCELLENT IN MY OPINION. YOU COULD HOUSE 2 OR 3 EASILY IN THAT SIZE ENCLOSURE.

Im going to use the tank for a baby beardie or baby corn snakes at first then figure out what to do with it in the spring. I will also have a hand built 36Lx24Wx18H not sure what to put in it but thought leopard geckos sounded good. tahnks
