Hibernating big pixie

My pixie is laying in a hole with his eyes closed. He opens them at feeding time. What is the best way to handle the situation? Should I stop feeding him for a while? Turn off the heater? Stop watering him? Thank you for your input.

You could choose not to feed him, you could stop watering him, its up to you.
