goldfish harmful to turtles???

i was just wondering if anyone could tell me the harms (if there are any) of turtles eating goldfish-i read somewhere that it was harmful but cant find any other info on it

theres not alot of meat, just a bunch of bone scale and gut. you should try and vary the diets with more than just fish. Depending on the type of turtle.

maybe i should have phrased that better-are you aware of any bacteria that the goldfiah carry that might harm the turtles??

they carry a lot of parasites. mine got a tapeworm from them. i had him for like 6 months adn he had gotten bigger so i was using goldfish as main meal. i came home and there was one long worm all wrapped around the tank. after that i learned goldfish are bad. use rosie reds or minnowsd. i go fishing and just freeze panfish now to thaw out later for his meals
