begginer caecilians

what is a good begginer terrestrial caecilian? how big a cage does one need? what does it eat? what kind and how deep of substrate do they need? what ph does the substrate need to be? how big does it get? what tempeture and humidity does it need? does it need a water bowl if not what are its drinking habits? is the yellow striped caecilian a good begginer spiecies? how does one go about breeding caecilians? where could one find caecilians? and is there any other info i should know?

or am i just waisting my breath? i would like to get these qustions answered. also if anybody is reading this, is there a good sigth for caecilian care/breeding info?

Caecilians are not widely kept. Hard to get. And very little is known about them. But the guys at Gymnophiona.org know the most.
