I would like to buy heatpacks in a store, not online. Where would I get them, and would they go by a different name?

You can get heat packs at sporting goods stores.. modells, dicks, etc. I have even seen them in Walmart. But, I am not sure they will have the 24 hour or 30 hour heat packs that you will need for overnight shipping..

I always keep a large cooler and a couple of dozen 30 hour heat packes in my house to heat my animals in case of a power outage..

I went to Walmart and looked in their hunting section and found a lot of cheap ones! I picked up a five of their 3-pack 24 hour heatpacks. I don't need them for shipping, just for a transport from my house to my college and back. I picked up a bunch of extras because I want them for power outtages too.

It was a lot cheaper than buying the ones that are being sold in classifieds here, especially when you consider that I didn't have to pay shipping!

HHhhmmm... You don't find too many young ladies quoting Manson these days! ~

Glad you found the heat pads that you needed, And, it's a good idea to always have some on hand just in case..

I sure wish I was heading back to college!!
