What type of frog do I need?

mitchbuff Dec 03, 2007 10:04 AM

I got a 20gal long with a "viquarium" setup, meaning that it is half land, half water with a small waterfall and a little river that flows to the pool. I did have my turtle in this, but he outgrew it so I was thinking of putting some frogs in, but don't really know which types of frogs prefer a semi-aquatic setup like this. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a good setup for a small group of Cricket Frogs (Acris sp.).

Might work for Fire-bellied Toads (Bombina sp.) too.
