Can you identify this Australia gecko?

AbsoluteApril Dec 18, 2007 10:23 AM

Hello forum!

My friend just got back from visiting her sister in Australia. She found the gecko below in her sister's house which is in the suburbs N of Sydney (Australia) in early March. I am a snake person and can't really identify lizards, expcept knowing this is some sort of gecko. Possibly some type of leaf-tail? Can you help? We would love to know what it is. She caught it in a cup, snapped the following pictures and then released it in the yard.

Thank you for your help,
-April

Just copy and paste this in your URL I think...
