I am heading out of town for a few days (4-5) someone will be feeding my blue tongue but i want to leave the lights off in case of fire- my apartment is a steady 72- is that ok?

I would of though that would be ok, although I would suggest to leaving the light on.
your temps are fine. leave the lights off if you have a window in the room. safer than trusting timers/neighbors for a week.
