he didn't seem to react at all to getting scratched, continued walking around, and is sleeping now. is there anything i can do for his scratches or put on them? will he be okay?

Is the shell bleeding? Is it a deep scratch? Punctures?
If it's just a minor scratch with no real damage he/she should be fine. Just watch the area so no infections take place.
