My skink Sydney had some trouble shedding recently, and her toe lost blood circulation. I was told not to help with shedding, so I waited a while until it was obvious that she needed help. Now it is broken and is almost definately going to fall off. Does she need antibiotics, or can she fight this injury on her own?

I would suggest a trip to the vets. If it seems to have shedding problems in the future try aiding it by putting some lukewarm water in their enclosure. Mine was having slight problems a while back and he went black. Added some lukewarm water to the enclosure and it seemed to of helped with the shedding.
