hello, my friend is looking at getting a lizard and she is fairly new to herping and has an 18"cubed terrarium. That used to house WTF until an outbreak of red leg killed them both(they had red leg when we got them home from the store)she really wants to get an arboreal lizard or gecko that is small enough to be housed in the tank she has and also live in closely related habitat (heavily planted lots of branches and cork) and if at all possible one that will feed on worms, grubs maybe even baby food and one that is hardy and low maintenance

I would suggest a crested gecko, green anole, or house gecko.
The crested gecko may be a little pricy but it is worth it they feed mainly on baby food but will take crickets, and they have great temperments.

I would also suggest doing a little research, It helps alot

yeah i suggested to her a cresty and she loves how they look and the fact that they can eat alot of non-live food but how many would she be able to house in her tank? its 18"x18x18...i suggested one maybe 2, does this sound about right?

She did remove all the stuff that was in there with her WTF, right? I wouldn't suggest putting any kind of animal in the exact same tank as one that was sick until it's been thoroughly scrubbed. New plants, new substrate, new waterbowls, would be my suggestion and a thorough cleaning of the tank itself.
