vivarium size

koi_koi13 Feb 10, 2008 09:47 PM

Currently I only have one juvenile crestie, but I intend to set up a breeding group of one male and two females (not sure what Burton is, so it will be a while). I would like to know what size vivarium would be appropriate. I was looking at the 18x18x24 Exo Terra enclosures, but I'm not sure it would be large enough for a trio. I intend to start on my final enclosure soon so whatever plants I include have time to grow before I add the geckos. Any input would be awesome.

that is the same size exo terra i used for one of my breeding trios. i kept the 2 females in it year round and put the male in for just a few months. it should be fine, just make sure you have plenty of foliage and hiding places.
