i am just looking for ideas on how i could build a land area in my stock tank. any suggestions or pictures would be much appreciated. its 300 gallon galvanized with a pair of trips that i think could produce eggs this year.. hope to post pictures of my snapping beasts soon. thanks

instead of building something inside the 300 gallon stock tank why not build around the stock tank. set up a frame and build a land area off of one side.

Or, if you need to keep everything inside due to size constrainsts, a small circular welded wire mesh fence filled with gravel. This would also provide alot of surface area for good bacteria to grow on to help keep the water in good condition.

How about build a frame, then line that with pond liner and fill with a dirt/sand mixture? Plastic horse mats can be used to cover the tops and sides, so that long nails/heavy turtles don't put holes in the pond liner.
