What are Hemiphines?

Hi there! What are hemiphines, i know their a sexual organ but what do they do and what are they? I put in into google but the only results were from this very forum in one of my previous posts! (Were so famous were on google!lol). Thanks in advance for those who answer my question.

A hemipenis (single),(plural hemipenes)is a reptile penis. Some reptiles have two and therefore have hemipenes.
