Many people breed crested geckos x mossy geckos (R. ciliatus x R. chahoua) but as far as I know the babies produced are always male for some reason. I've heard rumours of some of the Goniurosaurus species being crossed, though I've not seen any proof of these rumours/claims. I'm sure there are plenty of others that just aren't as common as some snake hybrids.

Rankins Dragon x Bearded Dragon has been done. (Pagona henrylawsonii x Pogona Vitticeps)
