Uroplatus Henkeli

Hey guys,
What temps do you keep your Henkeli at? I was told by the guy a bought them from that he uses no heat. That's fine, but my reptile room is in the basement and my ambient is about 71. I plugged the rack into an extra Helix and bumped it to 73 and the henkeli seem to have brightened up and move about alot more. However, I have also see reccomendations to keep them anywhere from 68-72 to 75-78. I am trying to stick to a good middle ground until I get more info. One of you guys needs to right a book already

I have kept Sikorae and Fimbriatus before but got out of Uroplatus due to the frustration at dealing with poorly surving WC's from dealers who could care less about them. I am very happy to have gotten this pair of CB sub-adults and I am also very happy to see you good people CB these great geckos. I can't wait till more CB babies are available this year Thanks!!

Hehhehee I have kept henkeli for about 4-5 years and never have heated either. I would say winter the temps range from mid- high 60's at night and low 70's durign the day with maybe a couple degree flucuation here and there.

Summer we have central air so we keep it about 72ish. So my temps have alwasy been on the lower end and they have done well.
I'm sure others would like to jump in and give theri thoughts as well.
