I found this little guy in my front yard, here is Cottageville SC. can anyone tell me what he is? there is a blue green color under his neck. I am going to let him back outside as soon as this terrable storm passes by.

That is an Eastern Fence Lizard, Sceloporus undulatus. The males have big black patches on the underside with extensive metallic blue-green; females sometimes show a little of this color too, but less extensive.
