Yellow anaconda information needed

python2000 Mar 14, 2008 06:35 PM

Hello!
I just want to know what is the cage size you're keeping your adult yellows. Do you think about 5'x2' can be enough?

Thank you

Flavio

I keep mine in an AP 72x30x30 cage, he's only about 7ft but i like to give him as much room as i can, he seems to enjoy the extra space and it's big enough for me to fit a large water dish in there for him to soak in when he wants and not take up most his room. he's usually all over the cage, never in the same spot

as for a 5x2 cage might fit a male antiquity, i like to have the 3' deep tho

Hey i wudda thought a 6x2x2 wud be minimum, i always use the lenght x depth trick. So a 6ft x 2ft could hold a sorry im british... could hold a 12 ft anaconda.
