Baby bullfrogs and American Toads?

My name is Thomas. I have four baby bullfrogs as pets. I have had them for six months in a ten-gallon terrarium. They appear to be doing very well. I am wondering whether American toads would be able to live in captivity with my bullfrogs. I have had toads before as pets but have never had two different species combined together. I plan on capturing some toads and trying to let them live with my four bullfrogs. The bullfrogs are still fairly small.
If anyone has more specific knowledge about this question I would appreciate to hear from you.
Thank you:

Thomas A. Griffin (toads7 ;-D)

I don't think it's a good idea to mix these species. A few problems:

1) Bullfrogs and toads have different environmental needs; a tank that is well set up for one is unsuitable for the other.

2) Bullfrogs get big, fast; they may try to eat your toads. Even before they're big enough to choke down the whole toad, they may try to eat toes.

3) Toads produce potent skin toxins; if your bullfrogs harass the toads, or even just rub against them, they could become quite sick or even die.

Toads can be good pets, but if you want to keep them, I suggest you give them a tank to themselves.

I agree having toads and Bullfrogs in the area other than actual mating season toads like it way dryer than bullfrogs .

The bullfrogs here are found in shallow water or shore all yr long the toads much more inland in dryer areas

no, bufo americanis are toxic and in a 10 gallon tank toxins will build up fast. u should not have bullfrogs in a 10 gallon, especially four of them. they are big frogs and can jump over six feet, it's cruel to keep them in anything smaller than 3 feet. i have a 75 gallon for mine, and there's only one. you will need at least a 125 gallon for your 4.

Hi
Is yours loud ? I would think Bullfrogs would sound like a bullhorn in the house.
